Only once we have visited the local producers do we personally select each product – this way we can guarantee the quality and retell the stories of the land and the farms that produced them. From truffle cheese to cheese flavoured with beer or Amarone wine, and blue cheeses like the Blu ’61, which won the award for the Best Blue Cheese in Italy at the prestigious Alma Caseus competition at Cibus in Parma.
Our fine selection of cold cuts includes: Tuscan prosciutto, wild boar sausages, venison salami, Veneto soppressa (aged salami, a typical product of the Veneto region), cold cuts from Friuli (Landjager, Pastin, Petuccia), baccalà mantecato (creamed codfish), sarde in soar (sardines marinated in onions, vinegar, raisins and pine nuts).
Prepare to delight your palates with our vast selection of balsamic vinegars, farm-produced extra virgin olive oils, artisanal pasta, sauces and vegetables preserved in olive oil, organic preserves (including the Isola d’Elba preserves), artisanal chocolates, biscuits and patisserie sweet treats, such as the Panbriacone dei F.lli Bonci.
We suggest you try our products together with our choice of wine – these tasty bites are served on boards, in special dishes and you will find them on our varied menu.
We might be a wine bar but we do love beer, especially craft beer.
